Dear God, I am a sinner. I know that you sent your only son to die for us so that we may be cleansed of all of our sins. Father, I ask now that you take away all of my sins. I want you in my life Father. I acknowledge that I need you in my life.

The sinful ways that I once led are wrong. I don't want to spend eternity without you, Father! I want to be with you in Heaven. Father, right here and right now I give you everything! Guide me God on every decision and choice now in my life.

I commit to you everything. Father, please come into my heart and forgive me. In Christ's precious name, I pray, Amen.
